Changing thoughts and feelings


Being aware of changing moods is SO incredibly useful. 

If we notice we are tired, grumpy or a bit low then our thoughts are more likely to be unhelpful too (which can make us feel even worse).

Knowing and noticing this is useful because we can:

1. Choose to be kinder to ourselves and others around us in these moments knowing it will pass (like the weather does)

2. Talk with those around us about how we're feeling
