Stress is present for 79% of school staff and 84% of SLT (Teacher Wellbeing Index 2023).

We all wish it wasn't so.

Pressure builds from external factors AND internal factors.

When the external factors are out of our control, we can look to see how we are responding internally to stress.

This is where we do have some choice and control.

We can choose our words, actions and behaviours. We can also choose how we're relating to our thoughts and feelings.

These practices are short and simple and when practised regularly, can make a small but consistent dent in the stress we are experiencing. 

The best bit is that they can be done WHILST AT WORK. In fact, I'd encourage you do them and share them with those around you too.
