❇️ Do you see that the transition from summer to school is not easy for your child and that the changes in routines, increased structure, more organisation and demands/expectations is adding some stress, unhappiness and burden to you and them?

❇️ Do beat yourself up and wish you could be handle these situations with more grace, patience and ease but in that moment, find yourself dismissing, moaning, shouting and/or acting out of frustration?

❇️ Are YOU feeling overwhelmed? Trying to juggle all the things from work, life admin, school bags/kit/lunches/diary dates and your child’s moods?

As each year passes, I learn and practise more self-awareness, mindfulness, emotional regulation and how to manage our internal world of thoughts and feelings.

Transitioning into September term can be tricky. For them and for you. But it can also be navigated with more ease, joy and calm.

This workshop will give you some understanding, insight and a chance to have a go at things that can help in these times of transition and change. If you're a worrier yourself, then you may find some things that can help you too.
