As each year passes, I learn and practise more self-awareness, mindfulness, emotional regulation and how to manage our internal world of thoughts and feelings.
Talking to your child can be tricky. For them and for you. But communication can be softened with your tone of voice, descriptions and personal sharing.
This workshop may help you feel more confident at noticing how you are asking your children about their emotional experiences and how you can lead and demonstrate simple, practical and connected communication with just a few tweaks to your existing methods.
